	Only the finest equipment is good enough to mix the wonderful ingredients used in Protocookie and Sportcookie.		Once the cookie dough is mixed, the staff prepares the pans for the cookies.
	The fresh dough is placed on the cookie sheets and ready to put in the ovens.		The cookies go through the last quality control check before they go into the ovens.
	The ovens are large computerized commercial ovens to ensure the quality and consistency of the cookies.		The ovens are designed to bake 720 cookies every seven minutes so we can meet our daily orders and delivery requirements.
